    Maybe I am late to the game, but I just started roasting broccoli. It’s amazing! Recipe Snapshot Serves: 4 Time: 30 minutes Level: Easy 2 Crowns Broccoli (yes, that is what they are called) 2-3 Tbsp Olive Oil Salt and Pepper to taste Preheat oven to 425F and line a large baking sheet with foil.
