    Go-To Sugar Cookies

    These are my favorite cookies to make for everything from shortbread-style treats to cut outs. Recipe Snapshot Serves: ~ 12 Cookies Time: 1 Hour Level: Easy 1 C Room Temperature Butter 1/2 C Sugar 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 tsp Almond Extract 1 tsp Butter (if using unsalted butter) 2-2 1/2 C All Purpose Flour In the bowl of a stand mixer beat the butter on a medium speed until smooth.
